Once our detailed site survey has met competition, we begin our design phase during which we collaborate with you to design a range of workspaces. Proici’s in-house design team creates precise floor plans to show the new layout in meticulous detail, with realistic 3D representations of your space provided upon request, adding another level of depth to your design.
Fit Out
We continue on to our thorough fit-out services after our planning and design process is completed, where we source and install everything from furniture to bespoke joinery works. During this time we will also source additional installations such as frameless glass walls and bespoke office spaces, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Our fit out process follows the design process, where we select and install everything from furniture to carefully chosen flooring tiles. We will also find any additiona installations such as frameless glass partitons and bespoke multimedia installations such as TVs and alarm systems.
Your office fitout will continue to be supervised by a dedicated project manager who will act as your first point of contact and ensure all works run smoothly and remain on schedule.
