Wilson Energy approached Proici with the aim to refurbish their existing 305 Square Metre of office in Newark.

The project would require light structural works including demolition and construction works to allow for new aluminium windows. A bespoke Mezzanine floor with fire protection and suspended ceiling was installed alongside multiple electrical and mechanical works to ensure the new space was up to standard.

New WC and toilet facilities, including full compliant disabled facilities were installed.
