We often start from the initial site survey where we will appraise the property, find any defects and figure out cost efficient methods to rectify them.
Space Planning
Continuing on from this, we will create and provide extensive design proposals through an extensive use of CAD Drawings where we can create a space plan, something Proici are proud to specialise in and plan out what works and furniture will be required moving forward.
Fit-Out
Thereupon completion, an extensive fit-out process will take place where everything from furniture to frameless glass partitions with bespoke manifestations will be sourced by ourselves, constructing bespoke works where desired followed by a timely, cost effective installation.
Turnkey
Once the fit-out is complete you are ready to move in! Proici Commercial Interiors take pride in the work we provide, making sure everything is perfect down to the last detail before we turn over the “keys”.
