A landlord approached Proici with the desire to design and refurbish their new building in Derby, spanning two floors to make the building more modern and adding a little flare to the otherwise magnolia interior.

Naturally we was thrilled to help, quickly providing one of our free site surveys and creating a new space plan document so we could create some initial designs based on the landlords requirements.

One requirement is for the building to be BS8300 compliant, having worked with clients such as Shaw Trust over multiple projects we were more than knowledgeable on how to create a disability and disadvantaged compatible space. The project will include plenty of WC facilities and Sanitary-ware over both floors and a clean aesthetic tea-point.
