Flexibase approached Proici with the desire to transform and refurbish their multi-floor premises located in Cardinal Square, Derby. This specific floor required the design, supply and install of serviced office spaces as well new flooring covering their existing open plan space.

Proici have worked with this client prior to this project having provided a bespoke WC installation on another floor in the premises therefore the landlord knew that they were in expert hands.

Like with previous projects, it was imperative that the refurbishment had kept consistency between each floor, utilising stunning walnut veneered timber doors with matching high pressure IPS panelling throughout.

The small serviced offices benefited from new solid partitions and double-glazed glass modules that aid in spreading natural light levels from the offices into the enclosed hallway, all whilst keeping client privacy from outside the building with a frosted glass effect manifestation.

The office tea-point has been enhanced by the installation of Forbo’s “Sarlon” vinyl sheet flooring, providing the space with a modern aesthetic whilst providing all the essential benefits of a standard kitchen floor. A new matching free standing tall larger fridge has also been installed, following the tea points clean white and black theme.
