The Ram Coaching Inn Bar, Restaurant and Hotel – Newark

The Ram reached out to Proici to help them transform a listed 18th century Georgian building into a luxurious Bar and restaurant that boasted a wow factor. The building had been dilapidated for some time and had obvious signs are wear and tear throughout, however Proici was up for the challenge.

This Full Design and Build project required an entire bar & brasserie space plan and fit-out including a bespoke designed bar, restaurant space, functional rooms, WC spaces and a commercial kitchen.

The Proici inhouse design team worked tirelessly to craft an interior that boasted the Georgian heritage, keeping with the georgic aesthetics whilst providing all the modern facilities and amenities of a modern build.

A beautiful exterior terrace was crafted to allow for additional customer seating with rattan themed furniture throughout the space, providing a modern feel through rustic design. A bespoke steel structured stair case was built to allow access to the buildings first floor and new external doors were installed.

The building windows and roof had worn down and deteriorated over time, therefore new leaded windows were installed and the roof repaired.
