What is a “Soft Strip Out”?
A “Soft Strip Out” or “Soft Stripping” is the process of removing all non-structural internal and external components of a building in order to prepare the property for refurbishment, a structural re-design or demolition.
A “Soft Demolition” or “demolition soft strip” is an alternative term for soft strip out services which includes the removal of flooring, drywall, hard ceilings, and non-structural internal and external elements of a property, ready for redesign and hard demolition which can include more structural elements.
