Dean Holland (The Managing Director at Internet Profits) approached us with an open mind and a brief that required us to design and build a functional and practical, digital focused open-plan workspace with partitioned meeting and executive spaces.

The focus of this project was to emphasise the green and deep orange colour scheme present in Internet Profits’ logo while at the same time creating a bright environment that balanced colour contrast and natural lighting levels.

Liz Hobbs group are one of the UK’s leading producers of concerts and events nationwide, partnering and hosting many of the world’s leading artists and performers. To celebrate 25 years in the music industry and to accommodate the exponential growth of their company, Liz Hobbs were in dire need of relocation, of which a 2 storey commercial premises was chosen.

The brief was to design and deliver a brand tailored fit-out workplace space inside the 2 storey premises in such a way that future potential growth would be plausible and welcomed.

The design required the planning and fit out of executive offices, a partitioned open plan space, a breakout space and kitchen facilities on the first floor of the office space. The ground floor was in need of a reception space, multiple conference and meeting rooms along with a large open space taken over by their custom installed sound recording studio and games space designed to accommodate users of the facility.

IN’n’OUT are motor and vehicle specialists which are expanding at an exponential pace, having opened numerous facilities around the United Kingdom, offering fixed priced vehicle operations and services while also providing clean and comfortable customer waiting spaces

The brief required us to design, build and fit out a brand-new unit in Newark Centre working with IN’n’OUT, keeping in mind IN’n’OUT’s branding values and the companies’ ethos of providing a friendly, comfortable and reliable experience to their customers. Our in-house designers worked closely with IN’n’OUT to ensure a modern, clean and industry focused appearance was achieved.

The project required the unit to be segregated from the adjacent retail space by installing a 6.2m high jumbo wall. We designed and built a waiting room underneath our bespoke mezzanine floor installation using composite partitioning that overlooked the garage forecourt so that clients can watch their vehicle being serviced for peace of mind. Within the waiting room a modern stunning tea point was installed with new carpeting and decoration alongside electrical installations such as fire alarms and security systems.

Evolution Waste Management is an independent waste management company located in Long Bennington which provides a complete waste collection, disposal and recycling service for businesses throughout the UK.

The brief required a full design and turnkey installation of a functional workplace space which would accommodate future business growth. The project included creating offices, meeting rooms, bespoke breakout and kitchen facilities including the sourcing and installation of all furniture.

One of the highlights of this turnkey solution was the inclusion of a bespoke glass partition with a one-way forest themed ContraVision glass graphic which allows for the spread of natural light levels whilst providing privacy to one side of the partitioned spaces.

JHC Systems – Head Office

JHC Systems equip managers to meet the challenges of the future, providing scalable, robust and sustainable digital frameworks and processes for companies throughout the UK and Ireland with over 40 members having more than 10 years of service with JHC.

The brief required a refurbishment design, build and fit-out of an open plan working space in the JHC head office spanning 545m2 on the 3rd floor of the prestigious iconic St Nicholas Building in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The build and fit-out inside the listed property included the installation of over 70 open plan bench style desks, an array of modern lighting fixtures, WC and Shower enclosures with Disabled access, a large dining breakout area, data comms cabinets and a conference room with sliding operable walls.

We utilised an assortment of high ceiling, full height glass partitions and bespoke brand focused manifestations, including management glass offices which allow for the spread of natural light throughout the entire work space while maintaining the buildings architectural features of the building including the iconic arc windows.

The project was conducted under strict time and budget limitations with restricted operable hours and access to the building nevertheless Proici Commercial Interiors produced and handed over a modern, contemporary and sustainable refurbish solution that is ready for “the challenges of the future”

Wilson Energy offer over 20 years of experience with the provision of innovative metering, monitoring control and data collection technologies, offering a flexible and specialised service throughout the UK and Europe.

The brief required a refurbishment design, build and fit-out of their existing 305 Square metres of office space in Newark on Trent with the projects design including the installation of modern lighting fixtures throughout the entire space, a specialised board room, multiple executive offices and a breakout space with kitchen facilities.

The project operated under strict budget and time restrictions however Proici Commercial Interiors produced and handed over a complete refurbish solution, working closely with the senior managers to ensure a classy, contemporary look was achieved.

The project required us to undertake some light demolition and construction works to allow the building to have new aluminium windows installed to drastically improve the natural light levels within the space. New full height – double glazed glass wall partitions were installed to enhance the range of natural light throughout the building which was imperative for our client. Bespoke Glass manifestations were place on certain sections of the glass partitions to improve privacy without sacrificing light levels. Due to the re-positioning of the kitchen and toilet areas, new drainage and service connections were required within the concrete slab.

A custom tailored Mezzanine floor was installed including fire protection and suspended ceiling works. A range of mechanical and electrical works were conducted and installed on site including LED lighting, PIR Sensors, Fire Detection and power systems alongside our professional A/C and ventilation installation services. Plumbing services were also required, having installed new toilet facilities including a fully compliant disabled persons toilet facility.

Shaw Trust has been a registered charity since 1982 and are the UK’s largest third sector providers of employment services for people with a disability or at a disadvantage. They help over 50,000 people per year find suitable training schemes or employment and they employ 1600 people throughout their 200-plus locations.

We were required to assist Shaw Trust and develop an interior design to meet a new brief for Community Hub locations within the UK.

The interior design was to reflect Shaw Trusts ethos and offer support for disabled and disadvantaged people and assist them when trying to find employment. The environment created was complaint with BS8300 and has a visitor reception area, computer training terminals, training and counselling rooms plus working offices for the Shaw Trust team.

The design was then applied to several existing Shaw Trust offices including Hackney in London.
