The next stage is to use our newly developed site survey to begin creating your bespoke office refurbishment. In accordance with your needs, our in-house design team will design everything from collaborative open plan work areas, wellbeing breakout spaces, private conference rooms, and tea points (office kitchens).

Our in-house team uses market-leading CAD software to precisely plan and construct your new office space. Upon request, 3D visuals and VR experiences of your future office space are also available.

Fit Out

Our fit out phase requires us to source and install everything from furniture with tailored finishes to bespoke joinery, partitions, and role focused spaces. With the guidance of our CAD drawings, we are able to complete this thorough fit out and refurbishment phase swiftly, affordable and in great detail.

Additionally, we offer comprehensive electrical, data, and plumbing work, including the creation of server rooms, new socket locations, and custom office restroom / WC locations.

The entire office fit out will be under the supervision of a project manager, who will ensure that everything goes smoothly and on schedule.
